Bread made the way it should be — slowly, by hand, with care.
Peoples Bakery sits on a quiet stretch of Howland Ave in Adams, where the ovens start early and the smell of fresh bread is its own kind of welcome. We bake everything from scratch — sourdough, focaccia, croissants, layer cakes — using recipes that reward patience and ingredients we trust.
This isn't a factory. It's a small kitchen with big hearts, and every item that comes out of our oven is meant to be shared at your table.
